was in the toilet trying to do some business when

A BIG FLYING COCKROACH

flew in and landed on the ground near my feet.
i tell you, i really screamed till the whole block can hear me can.
and it was already 12 midnight and the toilet can resonate sounds very well.
imagine struggling to clean up and praying that the scrambling cockroach doesn't LAND ON YOU.
gosh.

first day of work!
wasn't as bad as i thought.
but sometimes, the worst will only come later on.
so praying hard, and hoping everything will turn out well!

finally caught some rain today in sg.

was scorching haawwt in over there in the peninsula!

i think i've became one shade darker alr. hahas.

suddenly, i wanna go to alot of places:

sentosa, pengerang, JB, pulau ubin, marina barrage, east coast, syonan jinja trek, choo choo trek... and more treks.. ahhh.. date me now!! hahaha!

today, went to ntu hall 10's exclusive concert at The Recital Box@Esplanade.
went with dd to support kb.. the "Multi-Purpose Stage Guy!" - guitarist, pianist, singer..
and his hot red bass guitar with tiger (or zebra? haha) stripes! woOt~
just that his mic always abit faraway we can't hear him singing clearly.. haha..

and our fav singers were .....

1. Jacky Cheung sound-a-like with v good "shaky" voice
2. Filipino (we think so) duo whose voices can blend v well
3. DD's Rainie Yang look-a-like with soothing voice
4. NS Recruit-looking guy with strong Rock song voice


(and not forgetting my IT geek who is v hip one ok! waha!)

what a coincidence! haha

but i don't wish it'll turn out to be like them eventually.
that is not what i really want.

it's been like a long time since i updated!

anyway, it's a new year! Happy 2009! =)

new year's eve:
met up with dearest yh for the first time since he returned from shanghai.. haha.. it's been really very long since i met him!! and he has changed alot in terms of looks and character! more stylish and mature now! =) dearest peijie came too after half a day of hard work at E&Y.. and she looked so mature and classy in her executive outfit and Gucci tote with gold-plated zips and sides! we had a rolling good time tgt discussing about her Gucci bag..lol.. and gossiping! =)

YH, remember.. we must always be HC!!! LOL!!


met up with dd's sec sch buddies (XM, Gwen, KB & Daren) at clarke quay for the roadside bak kut teh.. after that, we wanted to go to this -?- building near clarke quay where we could go up to the gym floor and view the fireworks.. but too bad, there was a private party there!
so we decided to head over to Harry's at boat quay for a drink instead.. Winnie & her bf (i still think he reminds me of my cuzzie, Jimbob!) came too! had a smashing good time tgt! =)

after harry's, we went to coffee club to have yet another drink before rushing out to the open nearby to view the fireworks. it was a beautiful display, and one of the longest and most bombastic! esp the finale!

new year's day:
stayed over at kb's hse with dd.. and we chionged L4D the entire night before, till 5am!!
we are L4D crazzzy!!!

woke up (the same day) at 12pm.. and me & dd L4D-ed again (wahaha!) while waiting for dd's dearest Hunter Kaibin to unwrap from his hooded gown.. waha!

went out to dd's old house's market for lunch before we head back to kb's hse and..

L4D again!!!!!

..till 7pm before me and baby headed for home!

Conclusion: Me n DD spent our first day of 2009, L4D-ing!! wahaha!
