i have always been treating them nice.
cos i always tell myself i must understand their pain.

but sometimes, they really do get on your nerves.

but now that i think back on it, i really should empathize.

he's so brave and never gave up..
i wonder if he'll suffer from back problems by walking on 2 hind legs..
but he still has such a wonderful spirit and determination..

humans, what are we thinking?!
we must be satisfied with what we have and how we look!!

This is 'Faith' This dog was born on Christmas Eve in the year 2002. He was born with 3 legs - 2 healthy hind legs and 1 abnormal front leg which need to be amputated. He of course could not walk when he was born. Even his mother did not want him. His first owner also did not think that he can survive. Therefore, he was thinking of 'putting him to sleep'. By this time, his present owner, Jude Stringfellow, met him and wanted to take care of him. She is determined to teach and train this dog to walk by himself. Therefore she named him 'Faith'.< /B> In the beginning, she put Faith on a surfing board to let him feel the movements. Later she used peanut butter on a spoon as a lure and reward for him to stand up and jump around. Even the other dog at home also helped to encourage him to walk. Amazingly, only after 6 months, like a miracle, Faith learned to balance on his 2 hind legs and jumped to move forward. After further training in the snow, he now can walk like a human being. Faith loves to walk around now. No matter wh ere he goes, he just attracts all the people around him. He is now becoming famous on the international scene. He has appeared on various newspapers and TV shows. There is even one book entitled 'With a little faith' being published about him. He was even considered to appear in one of Harry Potter movies. His present owner Jude Stringfellew has given up her teaching post and plans to take him around the world to preach that even without a perfect body, one can have a perfect soul'. In life there are always undesirable things. Perhaps one will feel better if one changes the point of view from another direction. Confessions of my Dearest Shopaholic Darling!

"I know my friend is a Shopaholic because.. our study sessions always end with a shopping trip!"

Miss those good old days in secondary school and JC, where Bestie and I always do our homework or study for our tests and exams together.. be it at MacDonald's, KFC, school benches, public libraries, NUS, NTU.. and even Changi Airport!

Amidst all the books and stress, Bestie never fail to have a sudden urge to start shopping! We could shop everywhere and anywhere, from Takashimaya to Watsons to Mini Toons to NTUC.. as long as there is a shop, we definitely could start shopping for something, anything! We could even spend at least half an hour just shopping in 7-11! :P

Till today, Bestie is still my favourite shopaholic buddy for a "Girl's Shopping Day Out"!

We're aiming for that Gucci or LV bag next, one bag at a time! :)

A BIG FLYING COCKROACH

flew in and landed on the ground near my feet.
i tell you, i really screamed till the whole block can hear me can.
and it was already 12 midnight and the toilet can resonate sounds very well.
imagine struggling to clean up and praying that the scrambling cockroach doesn't LAND ON YOU.

wasn't as bad as i thought.
but sometimes, the worst will only come later on.
so praying hard, and hoping everything will turn out well!

today, went to ntu hall 10's exclusive concert at The Recital Box@Esplanade.
went with dd to support kb.. the "Multi-Purpose Stage Guy!" - guitarist, pianist, singer..
and his hot red bass guitar with tiger (or zebra? haha) stripes! woOt~
just that his mic always abit faraway we can't hear him singing clearly.. haha..

and our fav singers were .....

1. Jacky Cheung sound-a-like with v good "shaky" voice
2. Filipino (we think so) duo whose voices can blend v well
3. DD's Rainie Yang look-a-like with soothing voice
4. NS Recruit-looking guy with strong Rock song voice


(and not forgetting my IT geek who is v hip one ok! waha!)


saw lee zihao and yiru & PJC gang there too!
what a coincidence! haha
